Artisans must maintain the highest levels of technical expertise, punctuality, and professionalism. Quality minimums are audited periodically.
Customers are expected to provide clear project definitions and facilitate a safe working environment for artisans.
Payments for services must be initialized through our secure escrow system. Direct payments outside the platform bypass our protection protocols and are strictly prohibited.
